Highlights: Kenny Nguyen silk installations, Bruce Ingram textured abstracts, Alina Birkner luminous abstract canvases, Jo Hummel collages, Latin American commissions
Impact: Art that defines the guest journey and elevates luxury hospitality design from concept to installation with a local miami-based team
"This rebirth is most vivid in the hotel’s commitment to art - a thoughtfully assembled collection that transforms the property into a living gallery. From Kenny Nguyen’s ethereal silk installations in the west lobby to the bold collages of Jo Hummel upstairs, each piece weaves local texture and global artistry into the guest experience. The collection leans heavily on Latin American voices and Miami-based talents, ensuring the art doesn’t just decorate the space - it defines it." DESIGN HOTELS, June 2025
Following a $100M reinvention of this historic Art Deco icon, we curated and placed 45 pieces throughout the public areas - each selected to transform the property into a living gallery. Large-scale mixed-media commissions dominate key spaces: Kenny Nguyen’s hand-dyed silk installations cascade in the west lobby, shifting with natural light; with bold collages by Jo Hummel and other intentional works ensuring art doesn’t merely decorate - it shapes the luxury experience.
Our full turnkey service managed international logistics, artist coordination, commission, delivery, and on-site placement within tight post-renovation timelines & moving deadlines, delivering a cohesive, gallery-grade collection that honours the hotel’s storied past while anchoring its new identity.

Collaborating with ADC Atelier, we sourced, curated, and installed 55 pieces across amenity spaces in this 204-apartment Build to Rent development in Bromley-by-Bow, including co-working areas, private booths, dining rooms, and the rooftop garden. Inspired by the nearby Lea Valley and the area’s craft heritage, our selections balance local character with contemporary living, drawing on East London talents to foster community in every shared zone.
A triple-height mural by Polly Arnet solved the challenge of a blank lobby wall, creating an immersive entry that captures the site's industrial roots and vibrant present. Working alongside Nicemakers, Amsterdam, we delivered a collection that celebrates Walthamstow’s artistic legacy across every resident space.
Over 100 pieces were commissioned, sourced, and installed from concept to completion. The project grew from a direct collaboration with the William Morris Gallery, translating the client’s personal connection into tangible design elements. Ceramics were commissioned to reinterpret Morris’s iconic patterns for the communal kitchen. A striking nine-piece woodblock print, carved from fallen trees once native to the area, reimagines his 19th-century techniques with a contemporary twist.
Walthamstow Printmakers including Clare Halifax contributed layered screen prints, while street artist Angry Dan delivered a double-height graphic map of the neighbourhood as a bold centrepiece. Neera Sehgal’s London woodblock prints bring calm and craft to the yoga studio and treatment rooms.
Our team managed every stage - from artist coordination and fabrication to final placement - ensuring flawless integration within an active development. The outcome is a branded residence where local history and modern design converge through art.
