Returns & Refunds

We want you to LOVE the art you buy from MYLO! If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please contact us at georgia@myloart.co.uk before sending anything back.

Wherever possible, please return artwork in its original packaging and use a reliable, tracked courier such as DHL to minimise the risk of damage or loss in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that commissioned pieces cannot be returned.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll be in touch to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll process a full refund for the artwork to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your artwork arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at georgia@myloart.co.uk with photos so we can resolve the matter quickly.
