Once we receive confirmation of your purchase, we will contact you to arrange delivery of your artwork. Delivery charges are quoted separately, as they are based on the size of the artwork and its destination. For an idea of cost, please see our shipping estimates below. If you would prefer a quote before purchasing, please do get in touch.

You are also welcome to collect your artwork in person from the gallery, free of charge.

Delivery
Delivery within the UK can take up to 10 working days, although we aim to ship within a few days of purchase.

All works on paper, unframed: £10-£20
Small framed (max. 40cm x 40cm): £15-£20
Medium framed (max. 60cm x 60cm): £25-£40
Large framed (over 60cm x 60cm): £70-£95

All works on paper, unframed: from £25
Framed artwork: from £40

Shipping to the USA and Rest of the World
All works on paper, unframed: from £40
Framed artwork: from £60

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please contact us at georgia@myloart.co.uk before sending anything back.

Wherever possible, please return artwork in its original packaging and use a reliable, tracked courier such as DHL to minimise the risk of damage or loss in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that commissioned pieces cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will be in touch to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process a full refund for the artwork to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at georgia@myloart.co.uk with photos so we can resolve the matter quickly.
